Any provider can appear in our directory. Being claimed means the provider has registered with us and can edit their listing. Being verified means they have confirmed their contact information and core listing details. Unclaimed listings come from public sources and may be older or less accurate.
7,169 listings have been unclaimed for 90 days or longer (the median unclaimed listing has been waiting 146 days). We surface this so you understand what fraction of the directory is self-maintained vs. sourced from public data only.
