Who can submit and what happens next

This form is for the owner or manager of the listed business. Your full name and a business email address you can access are required; title and phone are optional.

1. Submit your claim request.
2. Open the link in the confirmation email to confirm the email address you submitted. The link expires after 48 hours.
3. Review or update the optional listing fields on the page the link opens, then save to complete the claim.

The email link confirms the submitted email address; it is not a separate check of business ownership. Completing the claim does not itself grant the separate Verified Provider status.
